In 2019, the Agoria Solar Team proved that only a combination of having the best car and the best team spirit results in becoming the world champion in building solar cars. My goal as a team manager is building such a team spirit by motivating individuals to work together and bring out the best in each other. The team is eager to show the world what a group of Belgian engineers can achieve and to defend our first place in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2021.
Personally, I am grateful for the opportunity to (im)prove both my leadership and technical skills and I am looking forward to this experience of a lifetime.
