When people ask me what it’s like to be part of the Innoptus Solar Team, I usually just smile first. It’s hard to sum up in a few words because every single day is different. We’re twelve freshly graduated students with different backgrounds and completely different personalities. But our mindset is the same: “the sky is the limit”. That way of thinking keeps us reaching higher, taking on challenges that might look way too big for a small team like ours.

As Team Manager, I’m here to make sure everyone has what they need to keep this mentality. Some days that means finding a solution to a tricky problem, other days it’s helping people meet in the middle, and sometimes it’s making sure every voice gets heard. My favourite moments are when you can actually see the energy in the room, when ideas start flowing and motivation clicks into place because people feel supported and trusted.

For me, it’s all about building something together and making an impact that will outlast our adventure this year. And with sustainability and innovation at the heart of what we do, I really believe we’re helping to create a brighter, cleaner future, one car at a time.
