The Solar Team offers a unique opportunity to apply my knowledge and gain a lot of extra experience and expertise on top of what I have already learned during my education as an industrial engineer. In addition, the project contributes to the development of sustainable energy that explores and pushes the boundaries of what is possible today.
Together with a team of twelve passionate students, we are taking the latest solar car to the next level and squeezing every last percentage point of performance out of it.
As a low voltage engineer, my job is to make the car's smart electronics more efficient, robust and advanced. This challenges us to think outside the box and develop unique solutions. In this way, we are not only creating an innovative car, but also a safe one, with which we will embark on the adventure of a lifetime.
