Ever since I was a child, I've been fascinated by everything related to technology. During the Open Campus days at KU Leuven, a demonstration of the Solar Car made me decide to study Industrial Engineering. It was not a difficult decision to chose a course that could challenge me, both intellectually and in practice.

A project like the Solar Team allows me to charge up over 100%. It is a dream come true to be in charge of the production phase of the eight solar car: together with Philip and Inge, I'll be making sure that the body of the new solar car will be light and sturdy. On top of that, developing a solar car is a great way to expand my studies as an Industrial Engineer.

From experience, I know that achieving great heights with a team brings pride and satisfaction. Thinking and working as a team brings positive results and therefore I, together with the team, aim to produce a winning solar car.
