With pride, we present Infinite Apollo—the eleventh Belgian solar car created by the Innoptus Solar Team. Designed and built between 2024 and 2025, Infinite Apollo pushes the boundaries of solar racing with a larger‑than‑ever 6 m², >27 %‑efficient solar array, twin fixed aerodynamic fins for unmatched cross‑wind stability, a downsized 3 kWh battery, and an ultra‑efficient in‑house motor. Despite a 50 % larger panel, the car weighs just 170 kg and can cover over 300 km on pure sunlight—ten times farther than a comparable road EV on the same energy.
This cutting‑edge platform already carried the team to its second consecutive world title at the 2023 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in Australia, and it’s now being upgraded for the 2025 edition, held for the first time in the Australian winter.
