GADGET OR CHALLENGER?
Gadgets are fun inventions powered by solar energy. Do you have a problem you can solve with solar energy, or a cool idea for a game? The best, wildest, most creative ideas will be selected and can be built with support from the Solar Team. Afterwards, you’ll get to present your gadget on the Final Day! | A Challenger is a mini solar car! Does your car have the potential to break all speed records? If so, you can build it with guidance from the Solar Team. On the Final Day, teams will race against each other on a 12-meter straight track. The fastest car wins! |
WHO?
All secondary school students can form a team together. Teams consist of three to five students along with a supervising teacher. You choose your own team name and a team leader, who will be the main contact with the Solar Team.
