The next challenge
In the weekend of 19 and 20 September 2020, the European Solar Challenge will take place at the circuit of Zolder in Belgium. The race is better known as the European Championship for solar cars and lasts 24 hours.
The race also includes other disciplines, such as the fastest lap and a safety test. Top teams from all over Europe will participate. Belgium will be represented at this home race by the Agoria Solar Team, which will participate with two cars, the Punch 2 and the BluePoint.
These cars took part in the world championships in 2017 and 2019 respectively. The Punch 2 also won the solar race in Chile in 2018 and the BluePoint won the world championship in Australia last year.
Visitors are not allowed at the event but you can follow the race from home with updates during the race on our social media!
